From the February issue of The Page:
WARGY COLLEGE!! The West Kingdom’s War College and Wargy Combined! Yes, this year War College and Wargy are combining their “forces” to make this one EPIC event to break in KHTI’s new property!! War College on Saturday will be full of fantastic classes, both combat and non-combat, taught by the best and brightest from all over the known world! Then it will all be put in practice with group maneuvers. Saturday night we will all convene at the Tavern for a pot luck dinner, mercenary auction, and video review of the happenings of the day! There will also be a bardic tournament, PUNderdome ! Two puns enter, one pun leaves. This will be a bear pit-style pun showdown to the populace’s applause (or groans).
Sunday is WARGY!! This is a resurrection WAR. The field will be laid out, roughly in the shape of the bay area and divided out to the groups who reserve a slice of territory to defend. At the end of the day, the group that holds the most treasure chests wins!
Each group who wishes to hold their own piece of the kingdom MUST have their commander RSVP to the Wargy event steward, Kelsy, by midnight Jan 13th 2017. Locations will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. They must also bring the following things to the event:
Not attached to a group or RSVP? No problem, mercenaries are period!! Saturday night groups with reservations will have the opportunity to vie for your services.
Rapier, Archery, and Thrown Weapons... Oh My!!!! The answer is yes!!
