This is a list of those who were involved in the discussion (looking at the video and pictures, going from my left and around the "circle") -- I will fill in the questions once I have photos and have consulted with some folk. Thanks to Linda-Muirreal von Katzenbrasse for helping fill this in.

Starting with me (as a point of reference), and going to my left (stage references, stage left):
  1. Hirsch von Henford (in green t-tunic, black trews, black pilgrim hat)
  2. Marianna Silversea
  3. Cuillean Lodbrog Houndstooth (bald)
  4. Morven of Carrick (white beard, white shirt, wide straw hat)
  5. Wilhelm von Schlüssel (black tunic)
  6. (? standing)
  7. Mary Taran of Glastonbury (red gown, brocade overgown, snood with pearls, cap with feather)
  8. Andrew of Riga (blue tunic)
  9. Patrice di Couer Fidel (red dress, county coronet)
  10. Linda-Muirreal von Katzenbrasse (purple gown, wide-brimmed purple straw hat)
  11. Robert Dunharrow (light brown tunic, dark brown cap, green trews)
  12. Henrik of Havn (in center - right)
  13. Frederick of Holland (in center - left)
  14. Astrid of Hawk Ridge (knitting, dark blue tunic with white trim)
  15. Stephen Blackeagle (green tunic)
  16. Rand of Dunbar(?) (light brown hat, white shirt, black trews)
  17. Richard of Havn (black tunic with yellow yoke)
  18. Charles of Dublin (red tunic, black trews ... big forked beard)
  19. "The Real" Charles of Mercury (red tunic, plaid trews)
  20. Heather Crotty (Stephen Blackeagle's sister)
  21. Dorothea of Caer Paravel (black gown, white wimple)
  22. Hal Ravn (gray tunic, wide gray hat, longish beard)
  23. Douglas Longshanks
  24. Robear du Bois
  25. Lorna of Leeds (blue gown, black cloak, white straw hat)
  26. Verena of Laurelin (blue gown, gold parasol)
  27. Amina de Talavera (aka Sheryl of Thespis) (blue gown with white tippets, white veil, ducal coronet)
  28. John ap Griffin (darker green tunic, red striped trews, red boots) (seated to Hirsch's right)
  29. Flavia Beatrice Carmigniani (aka Bjo of Griffin), came in late
  30. Geraldine of Toad Hall (behind one of the tables)
In the video you will also see Ghislaine d'Auxerre (also asked some questions) and Esmeralda of the Lakes with cameras. Behind the table in at least one part of the video you see Mari Alexander (not involved in the conversation, but listening intently), Geraldine (as noted above), Achilles of Sparta (taking the video with his cell phone), Brocc of Alderden (sometimes seated, sometimes taking over the video so Achilles could rest his arms), standing near Geraldine in part of the video is Mari nic Colin. King Hans and Queen Ivone showed up for a short while but had to leave to prepare for court ... Marc von dem Falkensfenn and Diane de Winchester are standing to one side for part of the video as well. At one point Leticia de Scotia is standing behind the table ... (people did move around a bit, not surprisingly).

* "The Real Charles of Mercury" -- the short version of the story goes that a few years ago (2013) a person surfaced in Atlantia who claimed to be Charles of Mercury. A herald contacted us in the West about it, giving the story he was told (which included "a rather bitter dirvorce ... led to destruction of his Society scrolls and accoutrements ...). The poor herald really just wanted to get some confirmation of recognitions for their award list and such. Some of the tale was plausible, but ... so I contacted the History list, and several people on the list were unsure that the story was true, and some of them knew Charles' family. Turns out he was living in California all that time. I had to tell the herald after he profusely apologized that all was well, and he was just doing his job, he didn't cause the problem, the person making the false claim did ... Charles was introduced at this gathering as "The Real Charles of Mercury", which caused most of the group to start laughing ...
