Additional 12th Night Information from the Autocrat
Greetings One and All!
12th Night is fast approaching. We are nearly filled and have had to extend our room block to accommodate the number of people attending. So if you haven’t secured a room, please do so quickly. We have some fun and exciting activities planned. Some as traditional as the Duchess’ Ball and some new like the Knight’s Round Table Discussion.
We have added War Practice for Sunday so bring your kit and come join the fighters at Rusch Park just a short drive away from the hotel. Consorts are encouraged to come and share arts and crafts they are working on. A sidebar is in the planning stages for lunch!
Currently, our Rapier Community is considering joining them at the park as well. So keep an eye out for a Facebook announcement, but that could be lots of fun to get a whole Kingdom practice for our Rapier fighters as well!
We have 8 merchants scheduled to attend our event, so please make sure to visit them in the Magnolia Room from Friday night through Saturday night.
Site opens at Noon on Friday with checkout and site closing at 2pm on Sunday to encourage people to go join the fighters at the park for support.
Please note that Feast Hall must be cleaned out by midnight on Saturday. Food cannot be brought in as in regular feasting. We can, on the other hand, have samplings of foods from the middle ages, cookies, cheeses and crackers, etc. Feast Hall will be opened at 8 am on Saturday to set up. Please do not take more than one table until after noon to allow for all groups to have a chance.
There is still meeting space available, so if your group needs to use a room, please contact the autocrat ASAP. The schedule is subject to change due Court events, so please check the posters for updated information.
In service to the Dream,
Elizabeth Margarete, autocrat; (contact info omitted)
