Pay heed! Harken to the Coronet of His Highness Gregor and Her Highness Isabella in the Principality of Oertha! Winter's Gate is honored to host Winter Coronet, Come celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Principality of Oertha in Winter's Gate. . Fun, feasting, A & S Competitions and entertainment are only a small part of the event.

Indoor "camping" will be available for those who have free-standing tents or pavilions, or those that choose to may sleep on a pallet/cot. No privacy barriers will be provided.No hotplates or crock-pots in the camping area although plug-ins for computers and phones are available. Those who stay onsite may arrange crock pot space with the Feastocrats, Lady Elena and Lord Camshron. The indoor camping is limited and on RSVP basis. In order to facilitate the best use of space, each Barony will be provided a set number of 10' x10' sites. Each Barony will have 5 camping sites and each Shire will have 1 camping site available. If you do not wish to stay on site overnight but need assistance in finding housing within Winter's Gate please email the head of hospitality Lady Merewyn, (email address omitted) for assistance.

For those flying into Fairbanks, Lady Merewyn can assist with transportation arrangements should you need them. In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Oertha commemorative T-shirts are available to order. We are still taking submissions for T-shirt decorations. All T-shirt designs must be submitted by Nov. 30th. Please contact (email address omitted) for more information. Cost for T-shirts has yet to be determined.

There will be a partial feast provided on Saturday night, Winter’s Gate will be supplying the main dishes. The menu,side dishes needed and requested RSVP, will be announced closer to the event by Lady Elena and Lord Camshron. If you have any food allergies that you would currently like to be taken into consideration, please contact Lady Ellisif at (email address omitted). The site is a wet site. The cost for the partial feast is included in the site fee.

The College of Saint Boniface will be offering a fund-raising breakfast Saturday morning and the menu and cost will be announced closer to the event. There are many competitions which have been listed via the A & S officers and are available via the Principality Facebook group. There will be some car-plug-ins available. Please noted due to safety issues, a rotation will be provided for those who need to plug in their “steeds” (cars); however, drivers are responsible for signing up for a rotation and ensuring their own vehicle is secured. Site opens on Friday, January 16th at 5:00 pm

Site Fee Cost: $20.00 per member (proof of membership must be shown), Youth, 10-17, $10.00 each. $25.00 per non-member.
