Grand Greetings to All! The Canton of Borderwinds, in the Barony of Tarnmist, invites one and all to our 32nd annual Court of Love, honoring our Lady of Love and Beauty, Umm Sit al-Sirr Fatimah al-Zahra' bint Rashid (fka Inara), and Omar ibn Haroun al-Askari al-Rumi, our Lord Protector! Join us for a day filled with tourney fighting and a glorious night of feasting and revelry! This year's theme is 'Middle Eastern'. All are encouraged to dress in Middle Eastern styles, but period dress is always welcome. All middle eastern dancers and drummers are heartily welcomed as well!
The site opens at 10 AM, and the main Tournament will begin at approximately 11am. With the Lord Protector's seal of approval, we will also hold the first annual 'Robert,Just Robert' Memorial Tournament. It will run concurrently with the main tournament, so come out and enjoy the day with lots of fighting and fun!

Contests are thus: The Lady's Choice for Garb; A 'Theme appropriate' Subtlety, and a Song, Poem, or Sonnet to the Lady of Love and Beauty. More contests may be announced onsite.
The sumptuous Feast of Love will begin at 5 PM, and carry on until 11 PM.Site closes at midnight. We shall also have our annual Auction ( donations warmly welcomed!), a Casbah, and more surprises in store so bring your gold!
