The Forty-Eighth Year

Foxwood's Longshoot -- Caldarium

July 20, 2013 (AS XLVIII)

Private Property(?),
Windsor, CA

From The Page (July, 2013):

Join us in a private vineyard setting in the hamlet of Windsor for fun, games and archery, followed by a potluck feast. All participants will be placed into teams for friendly competition and bragging rights. Points will accrue to each team in all games, though prizes will be given for individual prowess. Archery will consist of a Royal Round along with Novelty targets and a clout shoot. Fun and games will be held for those not participating in archery. Period board games are available, where the more you win, the more you contribute to the point total for your team. A cooking competition will be held for all to enter their best summer peach dish (documentation encouraged, but not required) as judged by the populace. Bards and fl edgling entertainers will have the chance to play, sing, recite or tell stories in public for fun and practice rather than competition.
