Alcohol not purchased at the hotel may be brought into the public rooms. There is a bar in the Lobby and the restaurant. For your convenience, an extra bar will be set up from 6pm-midnight near the feast hall. Please clean up your feast area when you are done. Merchants please contact the Merchant Coordinator: (email address omitted) to reserve space. Site fee: $15 adults, $10 for ages 13-17, under 13 are free. Family cap of $40. NMS fee: $5. Make checks payable to "SCA, Inc. - Kingdom of the West". Site opens at 2pm on Friday and closes at noon on Sunday. NMS will be assessed at gate if applicable.
