University of Alaska,
From The Page (November, 2011):
Autumn is rapidly receding and the school year has begun. In the spirit of academic endeavor, the College of St. Boniface presents for your enjoyment and learning its annual Fall Collegium. This year we will have both academic classes (Saturday) and instruction in the martial arts (Sunday). Classes will range from basic embroidery and punto in aria, doubleface card weaving, making comfy period shoes that actually fit, medicinal herb usage, and period foods & spices to techniques for more efficiently killing one's opponent and making the armor & weapons to do it in. There will be a potluck lunch on Saturday, so please bring food. We will need a dish to serve 6, with an ingredient list.
