The Baroness's Champion tourney will be held to select the new Baroness' Champions for Heavy and Rapier. The tournaments this year will be melee style, open to any fighter who wishes can enter the lists. There will be two competitions at the event; suns in any mode for Baroness's whim and the Arts and Science competition will be a poem about Eskalya. There will be a potluck feast that evening with evening court following. The assignments for feast are the following: by month of birth, Jan-April a meat main dish, May- August veggies and fiuit, and Sept.-Dec. desserts. The Barony will be providing the bread for the feast.
Site Information: The location is at Ray E. Storck Homestead Park on the corner of Rabbit Creek Rd and Clarks Rd in Anchorage, AK . The site will open at 10 am and will close at 9 pm. This is a very discreetly dry site. There is no running water but there are porta-privies on site. Site fee is $7 for adults, $5 for children under 10, and children under 5 are free. There is a $5 non-member surcharge.
