Yolo Bowmen Archery Club,
From The Page (March, 2011):
The Shire of Windy Meads welcomes the archers of the known world for a pleasant day of himting in the woods. We have secured the use of the Yolo Bowmen Archery Club for a combined 3D animal and novelty target shoot. Shooting starts at 10:00 AM, awards will be presented at 3:30PM. There are tables, and a lit barbecue will be provided at lunchtime. Potability of water on site is in doubt. The terrain is flat and easy to walk. Shooters of all levels and children are welcome. No compound bows or crossbows please. Multiple prizes, constructed, donated, cooked, baked or bottled by the populace of the shire, will be presented.
Site Information: Yolo Bowmen Archery Club, Yolo Grasslands Regional Park, event opens at 9am, closes at 5pm. There is an $8 fee payable to Yolo Bowmen for each shooter, 12 years old and under shoot free. Non shooters are free. There is a $6 fee payable to Yolo County for each car parked. The shire will not receive any of these funds, so there is no NMS.
