Their Highnesses Kennric and Rolynnda, Prince and Princess of Oertha, do invite all to participate in or bear witness to the Coronet List to select the next Prince and Princess of Oertha during the weekend of July 16th thru the 18th, 2010.

Activities will include the coronet tourney on Saturday, Roses tourneys, competitions, an A&S display, children's area and activities, bardic, and more.

Competitions sponsored by guilds include brewing and cordials, period spice competitions, period riddles, and period game boards and pieces. Classes include beginning bobbin lace and mancala (followed by a tourney).

The site is the Dogmusher's Association hall and grounds. Camping is available and encouraged. There are no open fires allowed. The site is discreetly wet. The kitchen will be available for potable water and for dishwashing. Please reserve camping space ASAP (including dimensions and style of pavilion). All RSVPs, questions and concerns can be sent to the reservation coordinator and autocrat secretary, Margery Garret, at (contact info omitted).

Saturday breakfast and lunch and Sunday brunch and included in the event fee. A welcoming Friday evening meal will be provided by the Barony of Winter's Gate. A fundraiser feast for the Barony of Winter's Gate will take place on Saturday evening for a separate fee.

Event Fees: adults, $18; children 5-12yrs, $10; children uner 5, free; family maximum, $45. Non-Member fee is an extra $5 per person. Send pre-payment to Iriniia Myshkanova (contact info omitted). Make checks payable to SCA, Inc.-Principality of Oertha.
