Come join us to celebrate the season. Scheduled activities include A&S, Displays and Competitions, a Play by the Golden Stag Players, and Middle Eastern dance & music performance. For more information and a schedule of activities please check the website at (website address omitted).

Merchants: Please contact the Merchant Coordinator, (email address omitted), to reserve space. Please visit the website to see an up to date list of merchants who will be attending.

Site Information: Hilton Concord Hotel, (address omitted), Concord, CA 94520-5718 Tel: (phone omitted). Tell them you are with the SCA to make reservations as we need to fill the room block (for a huge discount). No alcohol which was not purchased at the hotel may be brought into the public rooms. There is a bar in the Lobby and in the restaurant. For your convenience, an extra bar will be set up from 6pm-midnight near the feast hall. Please clean up your feast area when you are done. Site opens at 2pm on Friday and closes at noon on Sunday. The non-member surcharge will be assessed at gate if applicable. Tickets will be available from October 1 to December 15thby acceps (website address omitted), for sale at certain events, or by mail: Chani bint Ibrahim (contact info omitted). Please make checks payable to "SCA-Kingdom of the West" and include a self addressed stamped envelope.
