Come join us for a day of fun and frolic Viking style at this lovely, tree shaded park near the river (please keep a close eye on your children but you can swim in the river!). There are BBQ pits available - plan on having lunch and dinner on site. Contests and games: oar dancing, tug of war, bear pit wrestling, throw the axe at the braided maiden, Hollywood Viking clothing contest, boat races and more! Fighting: Holmgang, axe and shield melee, spear melee, ship to ship battle. Pets on leashes are allowed. Please pick up after them!
Site Information: Cottonwood Park on Spice Island Dr in Sparks, NV. Site opens 11 am and closes at 8 pm. Site fee is$5 for members, $8 for non-members, and free for children under 12.
