Turkey Tourney and Medieval Faire -- Hawks Haven

November 14, 2009 (AS XLIV)

Gavilan College,
Gilroy, CA

From The Page (November, 2009):

Hawks Haven is presenting its annual Turkey Tourney at the Gavilan College Medieval Faire. This will be an all day SCA demo with a tournament. We invite all heavy fighters, rapier fighters, artisans, musicians, choir, dancers and merchants to attend and show off your various talents to our non-SCA friends. While demonstrating your various crafts, we would like to allow our non-SCA guests the chance to work on projects and discover our hobby. As always, we will have our annual live-steel bottle-cutting contest, so be sure to bring your live-steel sword!

Site: Gavilan College, (address omitted), Gilroy, CA. Site opens for set-up at 9am and opens for guests at 10am. Event closes at 5pm. There is no site fee, but some booths and games may charge a fee to participate. Merchants and artisans: Please register with the autocrat if you would like space for a stand or display.

Autocrat: Wilhelm vom Zweikopfeige Falke (contact info omitted).
