The Danville Station Clubhouse,
From The Page (September, 2008):
All are cordially invited to attend the cooks of the West as we offer a day of historical culinary art studies for those with any interest in historical food. There will be everything from hands on cooking over fire, feast planning and preparation, to research presentations and round table discussions. Five tracks are being offered covering all levels of skill. A period lunch will be offered for a small donation.
We are currently recruiting additional teachers and taking requests for classes. This is your chance to take that class that you've always wanted, or share your knowledge and passion with others.
Site Information: The Danville Station Clubhouse, (address omitted) / Danville CA, site opens at 9am and closes at 7pm. Due to the success of our fund raising efforts, there will be no site fee for this event...only class fees=to be paid directly to instructors.
