Their Majesties, Jade and Kaaren, invite the populace to witness the tournament that will determine the Heirs to the Western Thrones.

We shall have Equestrian activities! There are plenty of trails throughout the park, and we have an area for games. If you are bringing a horse contact the EQ autocrat, Gwendwyn the Silent (contact info omitted). Horse owners will need to bring portable stalls. You will be able to come in at 10 am to set your stalls and de-trailer your horses. Camping will be available near the horse area. (Eric space will be first come - first served, after official gate opening.)

We do not have the use of the entire Ranch. Please limit camping to the areas marked (area 3C). If you camp outside of our marked area, you will have to move your camp. Parking is limited, please park carefully. If you bring Glass containers into the park please pack them out with you. The Park is very concerned regarding broken glass, (lantern enclosures are allowed) please keep glass items in your camp and pick up any broken glass immediately. All animals on site must be leashed or contained at all times, and the leash must be attached to someone or something capable of keeping the animal under control. There are many animals, including horses, which are kept on Gibson Ranch. Please do not bother these animals.

Merchants: Merchant gate opens at 10 am on Friday. There will be a $75 merchant fee that is charged by the Park, the merchant coordinator will collect this fee on Saturday. If you wish to merchant please pre register with the merchant coordinator, Elsbeth Cameron at (email address omitted).

Site Information: June Crown will be held at Gibson Ranch / (address omitted) / Elverta CA 95626. Site fee is $10 for member, $13 for non-members, $5 for children 5-15, and free for children under 5. When you first approach the Park Gate, please inform them you are with the SCA. At the SCA gate, you will receive a parking pass for your vehicle. You will need this pass to bring your vehicle through the Ranch gate. There will be a $4 fee per car for parking - you will receive a pass at the SCA gate. Lost passes cannot be re-issued - you are responsible for displaying your pass. Site opens at noon on Friday and closes at 5 pm on Sunday. The Hastings Lock will be on the gate after the park closes in conjunction with their locks, please replace the lock exactly as you found it.
