Their Majesties Radnor and Ysabeau welcome the populace to witness the Coronation of Their Heirs, Rolf and Aurora. Please join Their Majesties and Their Heirs for arts, sciences, dancing and merriment!

Site Information: Site opens at Noon on Friday and closes at 5 pm on Sunday. All merchants must pre-register with the Merchant Coordinator. There are flush privies and showers. Horses will be on site and the populace is reminded to keep a close eye on children. Site Fee is $10 for members, $13 for non-members, $5 for children ages 6-10, and free for children ages 5 and under. Make checks payable to "SCA, Inc - West Kingdom".

EVERYONE must sign the special EQ waiver at the gate due to the nature of EQ Activities and involvement in ceremonies at this event. This is in addition to the standard "Gate Waiver". Minors wishing to approach any of the horses must be accompanied by an adult. Please only approach the horses / equestrian area during the meet and greet sessions unless you have signed the EQ waiver and have explicit permission from the horse's owner. Listen for the Herald announcements at the event for meet & greet time(s). Note that mounted processions are planned during ceremonies at this event. Other than the mounted ceremonies, horses are not allowed on any grass areas. IF YOU PLAN TO BRING AN EQUINE: You must contact the Equestrian Autocrat. Stall cost is $10 per night; bring shavings for bedding only, no straw. Site has potable water.
