Rancho Seco Park,
From The Page (September, 2006):
Their Majesties, Rolf and Aurora, invite all to witness the tournament to select Their Heirs. Since there will be no EQ activities at this event and the insurance will not be active, no horses are allowed.
There is absolutely no driving on the grass at this site. Please plan for this and if you have a wagon or cart that you can bring please do so. You will be able to unload your car in the parking lot but once you have unloaded you will have to move your car immediately to make room for others who would like to do the same. The park has increased the amount of parking that is available. This site is smaller than most so be aware and plan to camp close to your neighbors.
There is a lake so keep a close eye on your children as they move quickly. Swimming is allowed but only in the designated swimming area. Fishing is also allowed with the proper licenses. Dogs are allowed but they must be licensed and secured to a stationary object or a person strong enough to hold them.
Site information: Site opens at Noon on Friday and closes at 5 pm on Sunday. All merchants should pre-register with the Merchant Coordinator. Merchant gate will open at 10 am. Site fee is $10 for members, $13 for non-members, $5 for children 6-12, and children 5 and under are free. Make checks payable to "SCA, Inc-West Kingdom".
