Manteca Senior Center,
From The Page (November, 2006):
Celebrate Yule with a day of games, entertainment, and food. We will provide the meat for the feast and the rest will be potluck-style. Using your mundane last name: A-G, salads or soups; H-N, side dish; O-Z, desserts. There is no main theme, so just share your favorite Medieval delight. There will be competitions of Best Decorated Table, Best Toast, and a candy guessing game for children and adults. There will also be a Silent Auction. The Blue Bowl cooking competition will be any dish containing a winter vegetable. A Toys for Tots barrel will be at the location and anyone who brings a donation will receive 5 chances for our door prizes.
Site Information: Site opens at 2 pm and closes at 10 pm. Site fee is $5 for members, $8 for non-members, children 12 and under are free. We will be at the Manteca Senior Center located at (address omitted) in Manteca, CA. This is a dry site.
