Site Infomation: Site opens at noon on Friday and closes at 4 pm on Sunday. Site Fee is $10 for members, $13 for non-members, $5 for children ages 5-10, and children 4 and under free. Make checks payable to "SCA, Inc - West Kingdom". Cars are allowed on roads only! Dogs MUST be leashed and attended at ALL times. A City noise ordinance takes effect at 10 pm.

RV's: There are a few RV sites available on first-come, first serve basis. Electricity/ water is available; however, there will be an additional per-night charge for hookups. Please reserve in advance with the Autocrat. Merchants are welcome and asked to contact the Kingdom Merchant Liaison for information.

Their Majesties invite Their populace to witness the finding of Their Heirs.

The A&S competitions for March Crown are: Fine Arts: Lace and Open Work Technical Science: Research Paper: Technical Innovations of the Italian Renaissance. The Clothier's Guild will be hosting the A&S pavilion for this event. There will be an Artisan's Display on Sunday morning at the A&S pavilion. Please contact Rose de LeMans for further information about exhibiting your work. Don't be shy! The work does not need to be completed in order to display.

In honor of Her Majesty Eliska, Her Guard shall be hosting a "Palio" on Sunday at 11 am. To that end do we. Her Majesties Guard, extend an invitation and challenge to those Baronies, Great Houses, and all members of the populace who would rise to this challenge. As an introduction, the Palio is a horse race, which we shall creatively style in a piggyback mode for adult teams with an alternative mode for youth teams. The goal is to complete two laps around the Lists (one for the youths) and arrive first to the finish line. Each team will be required to have a team banner to represent them and to be displayed in the parade of teams before the start of each race. The Hand of Her Majesty shall reward the winning team. Challengers shall comprise of teams of 4 or more individuals. Two shall be designated as the horses (one for each lap) and a third for the rider. The remaining members of the team can be involved as pit crews, heraldic announcers, the designer/makers of the banners, cheerleaders, or other duties as needed for your team. Grand displays of pomp are encouraged. Come one and all to attend, witness, and participate in "The Grand Palio". For more information, and full rules, please join (website address omitted).
