The Fortieth Year

Heralds' Collegium -- Kingdom of the West

November 19, 2005 (AS XL)

Mechanics Bank Operations Center,
Hercules, CA

From The Page (November, 2005):

All are invited to attend a day of classes! The theme for this Collegium is consultation. We will once again hold the popular consultation practicum, intermediate blazon, as well as discuss the pitfalls of name submissions and effective techniques for email consultation. There will be a potluck lunch at the site (oven, fridge, and microwave available), with main dishes provided by Vesper and Baldric. Over lunch there will be a discussion of interest to heralds. An organized restaurant visit for dinner may happen if enough are interested. Restaurant suggestions will be available at the event. Join us on Sunday for the submissions meeting at Heralds' Square in Berkeley. Directions to Heralds' Square will be available at the Collegium.

Site Information: The site is the Mechanics Bank Operations Center, (address omitted) in Hercules (near Pinole and Vallejo). Remember that this is a secure building. Once you are parked, walk through the courtyard to the big double doors. The Security Guard will let you in. Site opens at 9 am and closes at 4 pm. The site fee is $4 for members and $7 for non-members. Make checks payable to "SCA, Inc. - West Kingdom College of Heralds."

Autocrat: Wilhelm von homburg (contact info omitted).

Description of this event (if any), taken from The Page, or from memory of at least one person who attended the event.
