Come all to celebrate the diverse equestrian arts being practiced in the West! There will be Jousting and Mounted Crest Combat! Games! Pageantry! Something for everyone, whether mounted or not.

Site Information: Site opening, set-up and warm ups will begin at 8:30 am; Listen-up will be at 10:30 am. Jousting/crest combat armor inspections and mounted List(s) will close after the listen up meeting - arrive early! The site fee is $8 for members, $11 for non-members. Make checks payable to "SCA, Inc - West." Equipment tear down is at 6 pm, and site closes at 7:30 pm. Rental Horses will be available from our wrangler, Jerry Bestpitch of JB Ranch. Cost is $130/full day, $65/half day. Rental horses must be reserved in advance; please contact the autocrat ASAP if you are interested. This event will be held at the 2 arenas in Robertson Park, (address omitted), Livermore. This site does not allow stakes, but umbrellas/day shades are allowed if secured by other means (ie, weighted down, support stand, etc.) Plenty of water is available on site. Please bring muck carts to place manure in site dumpster.
