Yolo County Fairgrounds,
From The Page (July, 2005):
Join us as we celebrate the investing of our new Prince and Princess, Alvar and Megan. There will be open lawn, lovely shade trees and a great companionship. The final court of Daniel and Lourdez will begin at 11 am, with Investiture beginning at 1 pm. A Pas d'Armes will be held, so that Her Highness may choose Her Champion! Yes, this will be a camping event! Camping space is VERY limited, space will only be saved on the Eric for necessary offices. There will be no holding of ground for anticipated campers. This is not negotiable. Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause. The showers will be available to us and limited RV spaces are available. Please see the Competition Calendar on page 5 for the arts and science categories. Archery and Rapier are still in the planning stages - please check the Cynaguan Website for updates.
Merchants: Please contact the Autocrat for information and to reserve merchant space. Merchant space is limited so please RSVP, or there may not be enough spaces for all.
Site Information: Site opens at 2 pm on Friday and closes at 5 pm on Sunday. The site fees is $10 for members, $13 for non-member, $8 for minors under 18 years, and children under 5 years old are free. Checks made payable to "SCA, Inc - Cynagua"
Site Restrictions: Our space is limited, please be aware of the limits that we have reserved. We will be sharing the site with others, please be aware of children, pets, and personal belongings at all times. Dogs MUST be on leashes at all times, with the other end of the leash attached to something or someone. This is a county ordinance, so there are no exceptions. Also, please clean up after your dog. Be scrupulous, so that we will continue to be able to have dogs at this site. A city noise ordinance takes effect at 10 pm.
Autocrat: Sven Gotfriedson (contact info omitted).
