The Thirty-ninth Year

Heralds Collegium -- Kingdom of the West

November 20, 2004 (AS XXXIX)

Mechanics Bank Operations Center,
Hercules, CA

From The Page (October, 2004):

All are invited to attend the Fall Heralds' Collegium and the submissions meeting on the following day will be at Heralds' Square in Berkeley. The theme for the Fall Heralds' Collegium is Armory, Onomastics (naming practices), and Court. We will be discussing the research of names and devices, and the finer points of organizing and rurming a court. There may be a lunch potluck at the site—more information will be made available as it is obtained. Over lunch there will be a discussion of interest to heralds. An organized restaurant visit for dinner in Berkeley, and a revel to follow dinner, are planned for the evening. Various restaurant suggestions will be available at the event, as will directions to the revel and to Heralds' Square.

Site Information: The site is the Mechanics Bank Operations Center, (address omitted) in Hercules (near Pinole and Vallejo). Remember that this is a secure building. Once you are parked, walk through the courtyard to the big double doors. The Security Guard will let you in. Site opens at 9 am and closes at 4 pm. Site fee is $4 for members and $7 for non-members.

Autocrat: Alison Gray of Owlwood (contact info omitted).

Description of this event (if any), taken from The Page, or from memory of at least one person who attended the event.
