Baronial Coronet Tournament -- Far West

Their Excellencies, the Palatine Baroness and Baron of the Far West, wish to announce a tournament to choose their successors by right of arms. A wondrous feast is planned on Saturday evening to honor those who have gone before us. Their Excellencies ask the populace to dress in black, white, and red, in support of the event theme: Death and Rebirth. Friday evening will have a fireside bardic and Torchlight Tournament. There will be competitions to decide the Baronial Champions of A&S, Rapier, and Heavy Combat. Other non-fighting activities will also be held throughout the weekend. Send Their Excellencies your letter of intent to compete for the Coronet or vie for Champion by October 12.

Site Information: The festivities will be held at Dewey Park in Camp Zama Army Base, (address omitted), Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan Tokyo (Narita) is the closest airport, trains run frequently between there and site. Busses are available for military ID holders. Escorts from train stations to base will be available. Please advise the autocrat of arrival information. This will be primarily a camping event; however, limited crash space is available. Camping supplies are available for rent, and we will make the arrangements for the group. Please indicate you r needs on your RSVP no later than October 12. Prepayment is preferred. Site Fee is $5 for members, $8 for non-members, and Feast fee is $10. Site opens at 5 pm on Friday and closes at 8 pm on Sunday.
