Mark you calendars and join us at our Yule feast! Activities to celebrate the upcoming close of the year are anticipated to be: Wreath toss, holiday version of "live Clue," an open bardic, a chess toumey and the ever popular pirate gift exchange (please bring a gift to participate, no alcohol or tobacco products please). Our feast will include fare such as: salad, breads and honey butter, roast turkey, roast beef, (and possibly roast goose-depending on availability) green beans, rice, a cheese cake, carrot cake. No doubt it will be a tasty and fun event. We hope to see you there! There is also still time to volunteer your services for setup, clean up, kitchen crew, servers and many other positions.
Site Information: The site is the Churchill County Fairgrounds on Sheckler road. Site fee is $10 for members, $13 for non-members. Children ages 6-12 will be $5. Children ages 5 and under free. Family cap at $45—immediate family only
