Rancho Seco Park,
From The Page (September, 2004):
Join Prince Reinar and Princess Ellisif as They hold a tournament to choose Their Heirs. The site has a lake with swimming area immediately adjacent to our camping areas, a small concession stand, showers and flush privies. The park requests that for your personal safety you use the designated swimming area only, as the remainder of the lake bed is not kept free of debris. All animals must be leashed and attended or else confined at all times. Please remember that we will be sharing this site with others and take reasonable precautions regarding valuables, etc. All fires (firepits or hibachis, etc.) must be eighteen inches off the ground. Vehicles are not allowed onto the grass camping areas, so please bring handcarts if you have them. Please plan to unload your vehicles and move them to the overnight parking at the earliest possible time to ensure unloading space for people arriving after you. The park gate closes at 7 pm daily. However, we will have the gate open late on Friday night and a Hastings lock will be in place the rest of the time.
Site Information: Site opens at noon on Friday, please plan your trip accordingly, and site closes at 6 pm on Sunday. Site fee is $8 per member, $11 for non-members, $3 for children 3-12, and children under 3 are free. There will be RV spaces available by reservation only. Please call the park office at SMUD (phone omitted) to reserve space in advance.
Autocrat: Gwenhwyfaer ferch Gwilym (contact info omitted).
