From The Page (August, 2004):
Unfurl the battle flags, blow the war horn, check your armor, enter an A&S competition? This war is a throwback to the old two day-camping event wars of the "good old days." War points can also be earned for archery, rapier and A&S competitions (more information to follow). Concow Campground is a beautiful woodland site on the banks of a lake situated above the heat of the valley. When the sun sets, the battle of the Principality Parties will begin. Prince Reinar has challenged Prince Titus to a battle of the parties. Come see who throws a better party: the Vikings or the Romans. For Sunday's survivors, the final war points will be achieved on Sunday morning with the final war scenarios.
Site Information: $10 for members, $13 for non-members, $7 for children ages 5-12, and children under 5 are free. Site opens Friday at noon and closes Sunday at 5 pm.
Autocrat: Antonio Giordano da Sicilia (contact info omitted).
