Reservations: Our rooms have been blocked and will be available until December 15th, 2003. The phone number to reserve a room is (phone), or you may also reserve via the web at (website address). Tell them you are with the SCA for the special rates.
Guilds, Colleges and groups: there will be a display all throughout the hotel. We would like to have your work, new and old to create the ambiance for 12th night. Please contact the Guild Coordinator, to allot table space for the showcases around the hotel. The Guild Coordinator will also be coordinating meetings and making sure the times are posted for each meeting during the day.
Site opens at noon on Friday and closes at midnight on Sunday
Dining Hall will be open Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm. Discreetly wet; cold food site.
Merchants: Large, spacious, and light filled rooms to pemse at your leisure. Merchants will be open Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm.
Arts & Sciences Room: Where most meetings will be held; please schedule your meetings with the Guild Coordinator.
Page School Room: This will be dedicated to the young of the Kingdom.
Kasbah: Will be open Saturday for Dancing, singing, and drumming.

Meet and Greet. Are you new or retuming to the SCA? New to the Kingdom? Please join us at the bar (site will be designated) in tlie hotel for a little chat from 7 to 9 pm Friday evening. Come and greet old friends and meet new ones.
Adults: Pre-register before December 15- $15 (Members), after December 15- $20** Children 6 to 12: Pre-register $7, After December 15- $10, ages 0 to 5 are free (**Non-members add $3 surcharge. Note: The West Kingdom Welcoming Committee will be available to defer the cost of the non-member surcharge.)
