Greetings to one and all! It's time for Spring Collegium, please join us in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains to enjoy a weekend of teaching and learning.

There will be many types of classes offered; including courses on calligraphy and illumination, a full track by the Cookerie Guild, and a possible Equestrian track. There are still many slots available, so if you'd like to teach, please contact the Collegium Chancellor.

The Food Court has returned! Everyone is encouraged to participate. Have you been working on a dish that you're anxious to show off? Have you wanted to dabble in period cooking, but you're not willing to prepare an entire feast? Then come join the Food Court! We'll provide preparation space, a place to set out your fabulous preparations, and a hungry and appreciative audience. If you would like to participate in the Food Court or would like more information on it, please contact the Cookerie Guild Minister, Euriol, at (email address omitted). If you would like to just eat, lunch tickets are $4 per day in advance or $5 per day at the door.

We are still looking for classes, so if vou'd like to teach, please contact the Collegium Chancellor.

A luncheon of soup, stew, and savory tarts will be available on Saturday for $5 ($4 if you reserve your ticket in advance). More information will be made available on the Collegium website.

The "Food Court" will have a theme of "Period Sweets." More information can be found on the Collegium website.
