From The Page (December, 2002):
The Barony of Fett Burg is hosting this coming Twelfth Night. It has been ten years since the Barony of Fett Burg hosted the first Twelfth Night here at the Modesto Plaza, located at (address omitted), Modesto. Site opens at 10 AM on Saturday and closes at midnight. Clean-up starts at 11 PM. Merchants will need to contact the Merchant Coordinator (Eric von Steinhaus) to arrange for space.
Site Fee: Tickets will be $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Children under 6 are free. Tickets will be sold at most events, or if you would like to get your tickets via US snail mail, you can send your check addressed SCA Inc. 12th Night, in a SASE envelope to the autocrat at the address listed below.
Please print legibly; I'm not a miracle worker. Note: Starting January 2, 2003, there will be a surcharge of $3 for all non-members. You must provide membership proof at the door - no proof, you will be paying the surcharge. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The Casbah, Arts and Sciences, and the Page School will be having rooms downstairs. Any Guilds wishing to have space must contact the autocrat as soon as possible.
There will be the usual hotel accommodations with the Doubletree. You will need to call them at (phone) for reservations. You must tell them that you are in the SCA so you can get these special rates. The cut off date is December 13th. Alcohol is served on site; we are not permitted to bring our own. This is the Center Plaza's policy and it will be enforced.
There is ample parking close by. Table space is limited-if you are not using it, please make it available for others to use.
Autocrat: Cassandra Cernakova (contact info omitted).
