From The Page (February, 2002):
The theme of this event is food! Good period dishes galore. (Vomitorium not provided.) Everyone is encouraged to show off their skills in the kitchen. A contest for period dishes with documentation will be going on, along with a Best Winter Warmer contest for all those brewers out there. Other activities will include a heavy tourney, rapier tourney and an all-day-long tablut (Kings table or Viking chess) tourney. Prizes will be awarded to the winners after the feast. Anyone not from our littie Hamlet of Ravensfjord (at least that's what we're calling ourselves today) is encouraged to contact us for help with lodging arrangements and/or crash spaces. Bring snacks for curbing your appetite throughout the day. There is no dish assignment, as we want people to be able to bring their best period food. Event will be at the Kenai Elks lodge. The site opens at 10 AM and closes at 7 PM. The site fee is $5 for adults, $2 for 6-12 and free 5 and under.
Autocrat: Lasioriona (contact info omitted).
