The coronation of our Prince and Princess is upon us. Come spend the day celebrating at the Sonoma County Vets Hall and stay for the fabulous feast. The site will be open between 10 AM and 10 PM Saturday. The populace is encouraged to bring banners and pennants to help decorate the hall. The feast will start at 5 PM. There is seating for 150 people in the Feast hall. The Arts & Sciences will have contests, a display, and a class: Contests: Arts - Scroll (any except an SCA arms scroll). Sciences - Inks and Paints. Please drop off items by 1 PM and pick up items at 5 PM.

Display: "1000 Years of Arts and Sciences." It will be open for all to show their work in all the various areas of arts and sciences and all levels of ability. Please drop off items as early in the day as possible so all may view them. Information cards will be available. Please pick up items at 5 PM.

Class: "Documentation: Demystifying the process with Duchess Juana". Come learn what the judges will expect to see when you enter a contest. Learn the difference between sources and how to best present your information so the judges will award the highest number of points in your favor.

Site Fee: $5, $15 with feast for Adults, $8 with feast for children ages 10 and under. Please note that this is an Alcohol free (dry) site. Candles and other flames are not allowed within the building. Smoking is permitted outside the building. Pets other than handicap helpers and seeing eye dogs are not allowed.
