Fort Ord Travel Camp,

Unto the populace of the Mists and the West do Their Highnesses, Richard and Elizabeth, send welcome. They invite all to join Them on the green fields of Montaigne du Roi (Ft Ord Travel Camp) to witness the determination of Their heirs. All are invited to attend Her Highness' 13th-14th century Solarium, to be held Sunday during the Banner Bearer's Tourney. Please join us for games, dancing and fun! Competitions are focused this time around Cloth - Arts: Clothing and Accessories, Sciences: Weaving, Spinning or Dyeing. There will be a class on Basic Calligraphy taught by Aja du Jardin. And a new event, "Ask a Laurel" - open time to ask a Laurel about what/how to do something they do or ask for help on something you are doing. A schedule will be posted. There is no water on site, please plan to bring your own.
Site opens: Friday, noon and closes Sunday at 5 PM.
