From The Page (December, 2001):
Come one and all to Lochac's best and biggest event, Rowany Festival! Full to bursting with wars, tourneys, balls, singing, markets, collegia, competitions, as well as lounging in the tavern, by the fire, or in the sun. Revel in the medieval atmosphere for the whole long Easter weekend. This year Rowany Festival will also be the site for the tourney to decide the first King and Queen of the Kingdom of Lochac. Celebrate the birth of a new Kingdom! Held in the outskirts of Sydney, Australia. See your Kingdom Seneschal or the Barony of Rowany website for the booking form (soon!) at (Website address omitted). (details as per attached booking sheet) Credit card bookings preferred.
Steward: Bethan of Brockwood (contact info omitted).
A note for distant wayfarers: we have access to hire equipment which is not on the booking sheet - so if you need to hire a sleeping bag, air bed, or something else I didn't think of, please email the Steward.
