Archery Tournament -- Darkwood

String your bows and fill your quivers! The Barony of Darkwood is calling archers of all ranks to come and celebrate its biannual Archery Tournament

Site info: The site is the cozy Machado Schoolhouse in Morgan Hill.

Site opens at 9 AM; warm ups begin at 9:30 and the first wave will begin shooting at 10 AM. Later arrivals may sign up for later waves. Hoods, please arrive at 9 AM to assist with setup.

We generally provide seating space inside the hall for an informal Needlework Solar. Please feel free to join in, with or without a project to work on.

Site fee: There is no site fee for the Archery Tournament, but there will be a shooting fee of $3.00. Prizes will be awarded in all shooting categories.

Hawks Feast -- Hawks Haven

After the Darkwood Archery Tourney, please join the Canton of Hawks Haven for its traditional potluck feast at the cozy Machado Schoolhouse in Morgan Hill.

Following SCA tradition, we ask that each attendee bring a dish of eight or more servings. The Canton will supply bread and non-alcoholic beverages; if you wish for more adult libations, feel free to bring your own. You will also need to provide your own feast gear.

Potluck contributions are divided by birthday month:
Jan.-April: Main dish May-June: Desserts
July-Sept: Side dish Oct-Dec.: Vegetables/salads

Site info: The hall will open for setup at 4 PM; and the feast will begin at 5 PM. There are no kitchen facilities on site, but we will be providing extra outlets for crock pots.

Site fee: Site fee for the Hawks Feast will be $3.
