The drums of war have sounded across An Tir. It is hereby heralded that all those loyal to that Kingdom stand forth in defense of these lands, against the (harmless, really! -Ed) invading forces from the Kingdom of the West. Many classes, contests and festivities for all will happen throughout the event. Those interested in sponsoring activities should contact the autocrat team for scheduling. Full information will be included with the site handout materials, or see the Web site.

Site Info: The site is 3 minutes off 1-5 at the Howard Buford Rec Area, (address omitted), Eugene, OR. Site opens at 9am June 29 and closes at 5pm July 2. This is a primitive site, with no electricity or running water. Assisted transportation will be provided to those with special needs during the event. Absolutely no generators allowed. Shopping and services are within 10 minutes of site. Fire regulations will be determined at time of the event. Pets are allowed with proof of current rabies vaccination only, and must be tagged and on leash at all times. Pet admission is an additional $5 per pet. Persons under 18 years of age, unaccompanied by parents or legal guardians, are required to have a signed and notarized medical authorization form, together with a photocopy of parent's drivers license and parent's phone number or they will not be allowed on the site. If they are not a blue-card-carrying member, they also are required to provide a properly executed minor's waiver. No exceptions. Persons under 21 years of age found in possession of alcohol or controlled substances may be referred to local law enforcement and will be ejected from the event.
Merchants: Merchants must pre-register. There is a cap of 75 merchants. Pre-reg packets may be requested from the Financial Coordinator or downloaded from the Website. Preregistration deadline is June 1. No exceptions!
Site Fees: Non Members: Adults $15, ages 6-15 $9, 5 & under free, family cap $48. SCA-member discounted fees: Adults $12, ages 6-15 $6,5 & under free, family cap $36. Proof of membership is required for member discount. Make checks payable to the SCA, Inc. - Kingdom of An Tir.
