Come join the populace of Winter's Gate for our annual Yule celebration! There will be various games to be played throughout the day-both board-type games and others. Feel free to bring games with you as well. There will be scheduled and supervised children's activities. We will also have contests, a gift auction of the Oriental variety, a potluck feast, and a bardic to end the evening. The site is open 10am to 10pm.
Where: Copper Lane House, UAF campus
Site fee: $5 for those 12 and older.
Prize contests: Best homemade tree decoration; Best new Yule themed filk or original composition- poem, song, story, etc.; Best composition by children- might have multiple age groupings if necessary; Baron's Whim - Berry Pie! You may send an entry to the autocrat if you will not be able to attend in person.
Tourney: Bring a soft pillow and test your mettle against the rest of the populace in the Second Somewhat Annual Winter's Gate Blindfolded Bells and Pillows Tourney!
