The Ancient, Honorable, and Frolicsome Province of Southern Shores invites fighters of every rank and station to join them for a day of good-natured competition. Many wondrous activities are planned for the day!
Fighting lists for fencers and heavy fighters: First Year Newcomers: open to all fighters authorized for one year or less; Second Year Newcomers: open to all fighters authorized for two years or less (including those who entered the first list); Prize Tourney: open to ALL fighters. Prizes will be awarded in all the Lists.
We will also be having the famous Southern Shores Raffle and the following competitions and activities: Sciences: Lofty objects - objects that fly (example: kites. Da Vinci's helicopter [Plans or working models thereof], etc.); Arts: Embroidery, Small items (4" or less) to be donated to Queen's Gift chest - entrants' site fees will be waived; Brick Spoon: "On the Wing" (Open category: a meat most fowl); Brewing: Spiced cordials (If you didn't win Lodema's cordial contest, try it here). Classes: Intro to the SCA and Lady/Lord Manners (and others to be announced). Page School: Boffer Tourney.
Site Info: The site will open at Sam. List sign-ups start at 9am and fighting starts at 10am. The site fee is $3.
