Collegium and German Harvest Feast -- Danegeld Tor

The Shire of Danegeld Tor invites you once again to its annual Winter Feast - and this time, we added a collegium! Come join us at the Eagles Hall in Roseville for a day of learning and an evening of feasting and merriment.

The site opens at 9am, with classes every hour beginning at 9:30, a lunch break from 12:30-1:30 and continuing through 4:30pm. Feasting will begin promptly at 6pm and the site closes at 9pm SHARP. The feast will have a German Harvest Festival theme and will include a wide variety of dishes. The class schedule is still in progress, but a partial listing of classes that will be offered is: Period Trousers and Tunics, Middle Eastern headdress construction, Skaldic Verse, Vocal technique, and The History of the Ship. We still need teachers, if you care to volunteer! Please contact the autocrat if you are interested.

Site Fee: Collegium only: $5/person. Collegium and feast: $12/person in advance; $15/person at the door. Children aged 12 & under are free.

Other site information: This hall is upstairs; although there is no elevator, there IS a chair lift for those needing help getting up the stairs. Advance tickets can be purchased at Coronet at the purple pavilion with the gray roof on the eric. People should bring their own feast and tableware; a prize will be given for the best decorated table. There will be a raffle held with neat prizes.
