From The Page (June, 2000):
Greetings all! The Shire of Canale would like to invite everyone out for a weekend of learning and fun in the springtime sun! The site opens at 8 am Saturday, with class registration beginning at 9 and classes beginning at 10. Classes will continue (with a lunch break) until 5 pm with a potluck following. Site closes at 4 pm Sunday.
Canale invites everyone to join in the potluck, which will be held at sundown near the bonfire. For your entertainment, there will be music and dancing! Bring a dish according to the first letter of your mundane last name: A-B salads; F-I bread/pasta; J-L desserts; M-R main dishes; S-Z side dishes.
