Place: Scottish Rite Center, (address omitted), Oakland. See the December PAGE for info on the dancing, theater, classes, games, and whatnot that will cram the day!

Tickets: $10.00 in advance. Make checks payable to SCA, Inc. - West Kingdom. Children under five are free - but please bear in mind that this hall is unusually full of hazards for toddlers!

Accommodations: Arrangements have been made at Clarion Suites (Lake Merritt hotel) for special SCA rates. These are large, spacious, multi-room accommodations with very favorable prices. Rollaway beds are available by request. The hotel is pet friendly. For reservations, call (phone). Please be sure to mention the SCA for the discounted rate. Please try to make your reservations prior to December 20.

Time: 10 AM-midnight. We will start cleanup at 11 PM so we can be off site by midnight. Merchants will be allowed i n early to set up. Check with Eric von Steinhaus, the 12th Night Merchant Coordinator, for exact time.

Tickets: $10 each (this is the 1988 ticket price) and will remain at $10 until the event; at which time the price will be $15 at the door. Please make your check payable to: SCA, Inc. - West Kingdom. Mail checks to the Autocrat (see below).

Merchants: All merchants interested in selling at 12th Night MUST send valid sellers' permit information to the Kindom Merchant Coordinator, Sarah Elizabeth (copy & paste address & phone from Regnum please). If you think your sellers' permit info is on file, please contact her anyway to verify,

The 12th Night Merchant Coordinator is Eric von Steinhaus (contact info omitted). Please contact him with ALL questions regarding reserving merchant space, costs, parking or special setup needs. Cost is $25 per table, two-table maximum.

For your entertainment (though not necessarily for your edification) the Golden Stag Players will present a researched, masked, costumed and VERY funny Commedia called "The Twin Captains." It promises to be the best one yet—over a year in the making—and if you miss it, you will be sorry!

Grand Display at 12th Night; The A&S display will be open to all who wish to participate. The theme is "The Wedding." You are invited to bring and display items that would have been brought to a wedding in the SCA period. This can include trousseau pieces, feast items, wedding gifts, ceremonial items, wedding garments....

Details regarding dancing, classes, games, kingdom children activities and the portrait photographer schedule will be made available for you at 12th Night in the handout. If you wish to vonlunteer and help out, please, PLEASE call the Autocrat! Thank you!
