The holiday season will soon be upon us and the Barony of Rivenoak is planning a spectacular Yule Celebration. We will be spending the evening in a lovely hall decorated with stained glass, greenery and banners.
There will be a supplemented potluck feast The Barony will provide the meats and a variety of sauces. Everyone is asked to bring a dish for 8-10 according to the last name as follows:
There will contests: For decorated banners of your choice (your banner will be used to decorate the hall). For table decorations (table cloths, pine cones, greenery will be provided) bring what you need to enhance your table. For the best Wassail drink, (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) bring your drink and the recipe.
Enjoy the Near Eastern dancing, the music and other amusements for young and old alike. Above all enjoy the play.
Hear Ye, Hear Ye. Come one, come all to the debut of the Kelly Greyhound Rivenoakie Troupe. For your amusement, amazement and edification these thespians will present a play of stupendous grandeur, incomparable magnitude, unimaginable frivolity and outrageous hilarity.
