The Thirty-fourth Year

Anniversary Feast -- Fettburg

September 11, 1999 (AS XXXIV)

Lutheran Church,
Manteca, CA

From The Page (September, 1999):

Over the past few years, and to the misfortune of the populace, the Fett Burg Anniversary Feast had either been completely forgotten or combined with another of our events.

The unofficial feast mistress of Fett Burg, Baroness Sine as Monadh, has decided to don her cooking gear once again and delight us with the most delectable and savory morsels found anywhere. Those of you who have attended her feasts in the past, 8 to 12 years ago, will have fond memories of her skills in this capacity!

This it to be a feast of some 5 to 8 removes (although nothing is removed from the table), standard feast gear suggested (plate, bowl, eating utensils), plus cups for both hot and cold liquids. The menu has not been finalized, but will be available for viewing in the near future.

This is to be a "Middle Eastern Style" feast with low tables. Those wishing to partake of the true Middle Eastern atmosphere will need to bring cushions to sit upon. Some European style table seating will also be available.

Site Info: The feast will be held at the Lutheran Church on (address info omitted). There is to be limited seating and tickets are to be advance purchase only. Tickets are $12.00 (ADVANCE PURCHASE ONLY) from the Autocrat. Payment for the feast must be received no later than Sept. 4th 1999. Please note: There will be no tickets available at the door.
