Crosston Ball -- Crosston

January 29, 2000 (AS XXXIV)

St. Mark's Episcopal Church,

Palo Alto, CA

From The Page (December, 1999):

Please spend a Day Dancing in the English Countryside with the Shire of Crosston at our annual Dance Ball, on 29 January 2000!

In addition to lots of English Country Dances, our fine instructors will be teaching Dances of other time periods as well (Italian, Moose, Russian, Moose, Bossa, Moose, and whatever else they can be bribed to show you! ;)) - Keep in mind, though, that while all of the dances may not be able to be taught at the Ball due to time constraints, we invite any and everyone to participate in our weekly moose dance practices so that they can learn them all!

As usual, Instruction will take place in the afternoon, with a break for dinner. The Ball will then start in the early evening, and we will dance merrily into the night (with mooses)until they kick us out!

We will be having our annual Dance Ball at the moose(t) lovely St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Palo Alto, California!

More precise event times, as well as directions to St Mark's, will be in the January Page.

Please contact the Moose Autocrat, Aaron of Buckminster, at (email omitted) if you need more info (about the event, or the weekly dance practices). Thanks!!

Description of this event (if any), taken from The Page, or from memory of at least one person who attended the event.
