The Barony of Rivenoak invites the populace of the West to join them in the choosing of the heir to the throne of the West, at the Butte County Fairgrounds in Gridley Califoma. Site opens at 2pm Friday Oct. 2nd and closes at 5pm Sunday Oct 4th. There will not be any pets allowed on site nor will there be any driving on the grassy areas. Please come prepared for this. Anyone seen driving on the grass will be cited and any vehicles left on site after off loading will be towed at the owners expense. These rules are per Fairground management.
Erik space can be reserved until there is no more or until Sept 18. Anyone setting up on the Erik without a reservation will be moved. To reserve Erik space please call (phone) and give the frontage area of your pavilion. Merchants can have indoor or outdoor reservations, please call the # above for a booth space reservation, also before Sept 18. The Baron in his kindness and consideration for the trial suffered by merchants has spoken of waiving the fees to sell at this Oct. Crown.
Site fees are $6.00 per person over 12 years of age and $3.00 for anyone under 12 years of age. RV parking is $12.00 per day.

The Barony of Rivenoak invites the populace of the West to join us at October Crown to witness the choosing of the new Heirs. The event will be at the Butte County Fairgrounds in Gridley.
The site opens at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday October 4. NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. Vehicles will be allowed to drive on the grass (slowly!) to off-load but must be moved immediately thereafter to the parking area. Vehicles not moved will be towed by the fairgrounds. Per His Majesty, eric space will NOT be reserved ahead of time. The eric for this event is on a double baseball field, so there will be plenty of room.
Target archery will be available, and there will be a drop-in target competition on Saturday Siobhan ni Seaghdha, Kingdom Seneschal, is hosting a Siobhan Tea Party late Saturday afternoon. Come, and be a Siobhan for the day!
Merchants: Fees are as follows: $1 per frontage foot for pavilions; $7.50 for tables inside the merchants' hall. Please call (phone) to reserve space.
Site fee: $6 per person, age 12 or over; $3 per person under agel2. RV hookups are available at $12 per night.
