Welcome, one and all, to Estrella XV at Schnepf Farms. The Kingdoms of Artemisia, Atenveldt, Caid and the Oudands will gather, once again, with their friends and allies for this magnificent event. In 1999, Estrella will take place from Wednesday, Febniary 10th through Monday, February 15th at the Schnepf Farms Festival site in Queen Creek Arizona. Below you will find the site fees, Site Rules and Directions to the Site. Please feel free to copy this information to any SCA site which might be interested. Site Fees are payable in CASH ONLY (No checks). Registrants must present Government Issued Picture ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, etc.) From Wednesday 2/10 Noon to Thursday 2/11 at 6:00a.m., Adult (Member) $30, Adult (Non-Member) $35, Children (8-17) $15. From Thursday 2/11 6:01a.m. to Saturday 2/13 at 6:00a.m., Adult (Member) $25.00, Adult (Non-Member) $30.00, ChUdren (8-17) $12.00. From Saturday 2/13 at 6:01a.m. to Sunday close of Gate, Adult (Member) $20.00, Adult (Non-Member) $25.00, Children (8-17) $10.00. Day Rate (Dawn to Dusk ONLY), Adult $10.00, Children (8-17) $5.00. Children old enough to walk up to age 7 must be registered but are admitted free.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia are allowed. The legal drinking age is 21 in Arizona. ANIMALS: Animals must be leashed at all times. CHILDREN: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under 18 years of age must wear the ID bracelet issued at the front gate. To participate in Archery activities, children under the age of 16 must, at all times, be supervised by a parent or guardian over die age of 18. FIRE: No open flames. Candles, lanterns and torches must be screened or contained in hurricane-type containers. All fires must be contained up off the ground. FIREARMS: No Firearms (other than SCA period historical replicas) are permitted on site. SITE FEES/SITE TOKENS: All persons attending Estrella XV must register at the front gate and sign a waiver form. All appropriate fees must be paid at the front gate. Adults will have their site tokens visible at all times. Day-Rate Site tokens are valid from dawn to dusk, only. Children under 18 years of age must wear the ID bracelet issued at the front gate at all times. UNAUTHORIZED AREAS: Trespass into Unauthorized Areas may result in eviction from the site for the remainder of die event and forfeiture of all site fees. Battle Pit Rules All Hard-suit Battle scenarios on Sunday, February 14th, shall be scheduled in the Battle Pit. Combat archery and siege weapons shall not be used in the Battle Pit. All scenarios fought in the Battle Pit shall be governed by the following special rules: A designated spectator area shall be setup overlooking the Battle Pit. This spectator area will only be open on Sunday, February I4di during the Battle Pit scenarios. Individuals allowed in die Battle Pit will be limited to Fighters, Marshals, Water-bearers and Chiurgeons. This restriction will be applied to all Landed Royalty. Hay wagons provided for transporting individuals into the pit may only be used for the designated individuals named above. No personal vehicles shall be allowed on the entrance road to the pit or within the pit. A limited, designated fighting area will be clearly identified within the Battle Pit. No one shall be allowed outside this designated area for any purpose. Any person not abiding by these rules may be removed from the War site.

VEHICLES: Driving on the grass is permitted for set-up and takedown only. All vehicles must park in designated parking areas. Parking is not permitted on roads. Handicapped parking spaces are restricted to those vehicles showing state-issued handicapped license plates or parking permits. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
