Copper Lane House,

From The Page (October, 1997):
Be it known that Michaelmass will be celebrated with mirth and hospitality in the Barony of Winter's Gate. In lieu of our usual feast, we wish to give all interested cooks a chance to display their culinary skills. Our meal shall be pot-luck this year. Please bring a main dish and a side dish or dessert appropriate to your persona. If you have no persona as yet, research recipes from an area that interests you. Please bring enough to allow others to sample. The gracious Baroness Winter's Gate will be awarding a prize for the dish most favored by the populace!
A mini-collegium will precede the meal, so bring your curiosity in addition to your appetite! Classes to be armounced. Anyone wishing to teach a class can contact the autocrats.
There will also be what we like to call an "open" bardic - all are encouraged, but not required, to share whatever entertainment best suits their talents, including poetry, stories, songs, jokes, etc. Please keep to period sources or themes.
Site fee: $2. Autocrats; Lord Patrick MacMorn and Lady Nataliia Tomasovna (contact info omitted).
