collegium. The festivities will include classes such as Mongolian history, heraldry, medieval medical practices, armor padding, and many others. In addition, we will be holding a tournament and knife-fighting contest. The feast will be held potluck-style, with the cooking class providing the main dish. Entertainment will be provided by a band of jugglers performing for your amusement. Autocrat's whim will be flowers in any mode and period stories in any mode. The collegium will be held at the Copper Lane House on the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, campus. The site will open at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, April 25, and close at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 26. Limited lodging is available. Site fee is $3; free for smalls, 10 and under.
