The Barony of Darkwood beckons one and all to again gather on the beautiful shores of Monterey Bay for this year's June Crown. This is the same site as last year, and has no running water, so plan accordingly. Since this is a Federal Reservation, NO FIREARMS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE.

All fighters arriving on site before 10pm on Friday are asked to sign up on that day. All fighters and consorts are reminded to bring your membership cards to the list table at time of sign up. Fighters are reminded to also bring a current fighter authorization card and your list shield with you.

The agenda for June Crown will be as follows:

Friday:Site opens at Noon, and lists will be open from 3pm til 10pm
Saturday:Lists reopen at Sam, and close promptiy at 9:45am
Morning Court will be from (approx.) 10am to 11am
After Court there will be a 15 minute break before Invocation
Invocation will begin at (approx.) 11:15am
Crown Tourney will start at 12 noon
The Tournament of Roses will begin at the start of 5th round
Evening Court will be (approx.) 1 hour after the tournament
Sunday: Lists will open for the tournament at 8:30am and close at 10am
Sam - Chivalry Meeting
9am - Pelican Meeting
10am - Laurel Meeting
The tournament will begin at 10:30am
Closing Court will be after the Tournament

Merchants: The standard charge of $1.00 per frontage space will be charged, and all merchants will be required to have proof of a California state resellers permit. Please contact the autocrat if you have any questions.

Contests: See the front of the Page for a full list of contests scheduled for June Crown, and contact the appropriate office or guild for judging times.

Site fee: $5.00 per person, 12 and under free.
